Seville Private Chauffeur — Flamenco, Feria & Andalusian Discretion

Seville is the city that invented the concept of the spectacle: the Semana Santa processions that make grown men weep, the Feria de Abril that transforms Los Remedios into the world's most exclusive temporary village, the flamenco tablaos of Triana where the art form is still practiced with authenticity. For the discerning traveler, Seville is also a city that demands a very specific kind of navigation — narrow medieval streets, a UNESCO historic centre that vehicles approach on sufferance, and a social calendar that compresses an entire season into a few extraordinary weeks.

San Pablo Airport and the Approach to the City

Seville–San Pablo Airport (SVQ) is 10 km northeast of the city centre. The SE-30 ring road and the A-4 or A-49 motorways connect the airport to the historic centre in 15 to 20 minutes — manageable, and with far less complexity than Barajas or El Prat. Our driver is at arrivals with board and name.

For private aviation, Seville's general aviation handling is relatively straightforward: the south apron accommodates aircraft up to mid-size jets. Vehicle-to-apron access is available with advance coordination. For clients arriving on larger aircraft, Málaga remains the preferred alternative with a 2.5-hour road transfer to Seville.

The Barrio de Santa Cruz — Ancient Streets, Modern Protocols

Santa Cruz, Seville's former Jewish quarter, is a labyrinth of white-walled alleys barely two metres wide. No standard vehicle enters. But the major hotels — the Alfonso XIII, the EME Catedral, the Gran Meliá Colón — all have vehicle approach protocols that authorized NCC drivers know: the Puerta de la Carne access, the Menéndez Pelayo approach, the brief delivery window at Calle San Fernando.

Our drivers approach every Seville hotel correctly. Guests are dropped within 30 metres of the lobby entrance regardless of what the general road access would suggest.

Semana Santa — The Week That Stops the City

Holy Week in Seville is not an event — it is a phenomenon. 100 brotherhoods carry their floats (pasos) through the city centre over seven days. Every major route closes. The city becomes pedestrian. Movement by vehicle is reduced to a handful of authorized corridors that shift daily based on the procession schedule.

We maintain the complete Semana Santa procession calendar and pre-route every journey against it. Clients staying at the Alfonso XIII or the Colón are briefed on exit and return windows. Dinner reservations are timed to avoid the 21:00-to-midnight peak movement hours.

Feria de Abril — The Private Caseta and the Real de la Feria

The Feria ground (Real de la Feria) in Los Remedios is accessible by vehicle via specific approved gates. Private casetas — the tented pavilions where Sevillian families and companies receive guests — each have their own access arrangements. For clients attending as guests of a private caseta, or for those who have rented one for corporate entertainment, we coordinate vehicle positioning at the correct gate and collect at agreed times through the late-night programme.

The journey from the Feria to the historic centre is 3 km — 10 minutes in ordinary conditions, 45 minutes at midnight on the final Friday. We know the exit routes.

Jerez, Cádiz and the Sherry Triangle

Seville is the natural base for exploring western Andalusia. Jerez de la Frontera (90 km, 1 hour on the A-4) houses González Byass, Tío Pepe, Lustau, and Bodegas Tradición — the great sherry houses that receive private visits by appointment. Cádiz (125 km, 1.5 hours) is one of Spain's oldest and most atmospheric cities.

For clients spending three to five days in Seville, a full-day excursion to the Sherry Triangle — Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María, Sanlúcar de Barrameda — with private winery visits and lunch at a riverside restaurant is a programme we design and execute regularly.

Booking for Seville

For standard transfers and city programmes, 24-hour advance notice is sufficient outside the Semana Santa and Feria periods. During Holy Week (typically March or April) and Feria (two weeks after Easter), vehicles are committed 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Book early without exception for these dates.

Seville's luxury hotel concierge teams know FFGR España by name. If you are staying at the Alfonso XIII, the Gran Meliá Colón, or the Mercer Sevilla, your concierge can initiate a booking on your behalf or you can contact us directly via WhatsApp.
